- 1 cup carrots (diced, 2 carrots)

- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed)

- 1 1/3 cups frozen green beans (regular or Italian), thawed under warm water)

- 1 can red kidney beans (15 oz, dark, drained and rinsed)
- 1 can cannellini beans (15 oz, or white navy beans, drained and rinsed)
