It was delicious! I'll be sure to make it again. I have one question, the recipe calls for olive oil in the ingredients but in the directions its doesnt say what to do with it?? Either way it was good and my husband had two servings.

I have made it twice now following the recipe and it was a success both times! Great flavor, nice to eat on a cold night

Followed this recipe as written. It tasted pretty good, but I thought it needed a little kick, so I added 1/2 cup of Bourbon to the pot and then garnished it with a little fresh grated Parmigiano & Black Pepper. It was most delicious!! My husband loved it.

Did not use the nutmeg, but I did use sweet yellow onions… turned out AWESOME! Made a double batch for my large family.

Love this recipe! Made it for my family for supper. Everyone was full and happy. The kids love this soup from OG. Bought some garlic bread sticks to dip in and it was perfect! I will make a double batch next time. With 2 teenage boys and a 10 year old girl and her friend it went fast!

Awesome recipe. I didn’t change anything and it definitely rivaled Olive Garden in every way!

It took about 2 hours to make including prep, but it turned out delicious again. Its my second time making it.

This is very good. No butter was used just olive oil. Substituted sour cream mixed with little evaporated milk instead of half & half and used low sodium chicken broth. Made a lot of this soup to freeze in several containers. Refrigerate overnight hoping it will taste better. Again, this is a very good soup.

The flavor is amazing but takes much longer than 35 min when you add in the chopping of all the ingredients.

Personally, I think this tastes better than Olive Garden’s soup. 10/10 do recommend

I’ve made this soup many times now and it’s always so great!! I have made it on stove top and in crock pot and both ways are good! I use low sodium chicken broth and add salt as wanted. I also have used shredded turkey instead of chicken and I could not tell a difference. I have found that if it doesn’t thicken that much with just the half and half or chicken broth that you should wait a few minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer for like 10 minutes and it will be perfect! I love this recipe! I get some frozen breadsticks and pretend I’m at Olive Garden! CROWD PLEASER! Edit it and made it your own!

Excellent. I used 2% Milk, added roasted garlic instead of raw, and used califlower gnocchi from Trader Joes. Thank you!

The soup was awesome. Boiled some whole boneless chicken breast, then diced it up the only ingredient amount I changed was I doubled the chicken. Very easy to make

I made this with Half &Half that’s dairy free and it came out perfect. It was so good.

Very nice. I made this several times. Sticking with the base recipe, you can alter the vegetables to fit what you have on hand.

Tasted after I followed the instructions perfectly and it was really lacking in flavor. I added 1tsp of Italian seasoning, 1tsp of garlic salt, 1tsp of garlic powder, and 1tsp of black pepper. It was very very good after I juiced it up! I will make again, and add those additions again.

It turned out amazing! I thought it tasted exactly like olive gardens recipe, whereas my sister didn’t think it did but said it still tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend this recipe!
