Awesome! I had to use evaporated milk (no half n half). I also added one can of sliced mushrooms. If you use 1 qt of half n half…this makes a LOT! I only used a 15 oz can of evaporated milk and only used the clam juice from one can of clams. Plenty enough for 1# of linguini. I would make this again for sure!
