I tweeked this recipe quite a bit, but it turned out great! I used solid tuna and doubled the amount- 1ea 10 oz can just didn't seem like enough with all those noodles. I also doubled up on the peas. Only had 1 can of cream of mushroom so I used 1 cup of sour cream for the other. I had fresh mushrooms, so I used those instead of canned (8oz sliced) and I used whole wheat saltines to top. Only giving 3 stars since I adjusted it so much.
