I truly enjoyed this rice pudding (which happens to be one of my favorite desserts)
It was plenty simple to make and very tasty. However I did substitute pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon and waited for it to cool to eat it. Days 2 and 3 servings out of the fridge were equally delicious.
