Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk and breadcrumbs.
- Let stand for 3-4 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- Add sausage; mix well.
- Shape into meatballs.
- In a large skillet, cook meatballs in olive oil over medium heat until browned and fully cooked; about 7-10 minutes.
