Tasted great. I forgot to beat it till it’s not shiny so i did that in the tray (not ideal) it turned out a bit more chewy but still really good

Very good!! I cook mine for 45-55 minutes on medium heat, at the end make sure you stir till it starts stiffening, then add to pan to set. Fudge is tricky, but worth the work.
