Fantastic recipe!! A perfect alternative to the boring old grilled salmon I always make. It’s easy to make and is now on my favorites list!

i didnt yse yhe celery and instead of spicy mustard i used dijon. i will make again.

Awesome! Great texture and seasoning. I used a whole egg, leftover salmon and substituted some corn off the Cobb for the avocado

I might add a little more panco, and maybe add honey to it next time. Also put honey into the sauce as well. it was very fresh and delightful.

Turned out awesome! I had some extra mahi so tried half with that and it was great too!
