- 120 grams butter (at room temperature)
- 2 whole eggs (at room temperature)
- 5 yolks (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. anise seeds
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 packet Red Star Yeast
- 21 grams instant yeast
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water (to dissolve the instant yeast)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds (we used black and white sesame seeds)
