Very pleased with these. Did as suggested and put the oats in to the mini blender. Then mixed all of the dry ingredients in it too. Oh and a pinch of salt. I added the maple syrup and dark chocolate chips. Which gave me 10 decent sized cookies. Taste is delicious.
