No eggs, milk Banana Bread. With Blueberries and oats
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 3 bananas (ripe)
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cups blueberries (optional)
- 1/3 cup oats (optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease loaf pan or line muffin tin with paper.
- In a small bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Add Oil and mashed bananas. Then add blueberries(NOTE: batter will be rather thick.)
- Spoon batter into pan or about 2/3 full for muffin tin. sprinkle the oats over top.
- Bake in oven for 50 minutes for loaf, or 25 minutes muffins. insert a toothpick to check when done.
