- 1/4 tsp. mustard seeds
- 3 curry leaves
- 2 green chilies (small, cut into ½” pieces, adjust to taste)
- 1/8 cup fresh green peas
- 1/4 tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup water
- cilantro (to garnish, I did not use as I had none at home, optional)
