- 1 cup besan (or Chickpea Flour 1 cup is 250 ml measurement)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger paste (1 tbsp is 15 ml measurement)
- green chillies (4 nos.)
- 2 Tbsp. seeds (Mixed, flax, pumpkin, melon, sesame 1 tbsp is 15 ml measurement)
- 1/4 tsp. chilli powder (Kashmiri)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder (or Haldi Powder)
- asafoetida (or A generous pinch of hing)
- batter
- water
- coriander leaves (Finely chopped, as required)
- oil (as required to cook the chilla)
- salt (to taste)
