- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups oatmeal (quick cooking is fine)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream (light is fine)
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 scoop protein powder (LES MILLS Good, in Vanilla)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cups apples (shredded, leave the peel on, it's about 2 apples I use my food processor, but you could also grate them)
