    High on the carbs but if more protein is added, can be used as an after workout smoothie and/or meal replacement. Play with the taste a bit but otherwise, it's a good one for your list.

    Loved this! Super tasty and fulfilling. You can def use this recipe as a snack. I substituted the frozen banana with a frozen chocolate covered banana. I think it made it much more tastier. Try it!

    Definitely a five star smoothie. Super easy to make. I loved everything about it. My boyfriend didnt really care for the oatmeal pieces not being cooked but i love the texture.

    Used dates instead of syrup and added some cocoa powder. Very delicious, but VERY thick. I ended up adding water to thin it out to my preferred smoothie consistency

    Bananas have a lot of sugar and with already adding the syrup I didn't want anymore sugar, but the smoothie was great anyway. The salt really did bring out the oats.

    Likes this more than I thought I would. I also added ground flax and I soaked chia seeds for a few minutes in water, then added that too.

    A perfect way to start the morning. Very nutritious and fulfilling. I can just have this for breakfast and have nothing else till lunch. This is now a regular in my arsenal of breakfast smoothies.

    This smoothie didn’t taste as good as people are saying ... at least not to me. I don’t know if it’s the salt or the cinnamon or just all these ingredients combined just taste pretty weird together.

    Recipe written sounds delicious. I didn't have frozen bananas or cinnamon. I made with pumpkin spice minus the maple syrup and alot of ice. Came out delicious and perfectly sweet. Yummy breakfast or sweet treat option. I made a second batch and froze to make a popsicle.
