- 6 Tbsp. milk (I used fat free)
- 3 drops vanilla (creme sweetleaf, or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and sweetener of choice)

very great. I had not tried this before and definitely recommend it as a filling snack.

It turned out well. Just had to add a little more milk so it would liquify. Taste good. If the fruit is not sweet just add a little honey.

Tasted very good. Make sure it is blended well because of the oatmeal. Really tasty and low cal👍
