- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 Flax egg
- 1/2 cup vegan butter (cut into small cubes, I recommend Miyoko's)
- 1 cup Fresh berries (diced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Fantastic! I used a real egg and real butter, substituting 1/4c of sugar and a little bit of brown sugar, and frozen raspberries. They turned out amazing.

Delicious!! I made them with frozen berries and gluten free flour, so I cooked them a little bit longer than called for and they were perfect. Very tasty! Make these!!
