Absolutely amazing. I’m still learning and pulling techniques from everywhere. So to this recipe I added 2 tsp bread improver, 3 tbsp milk powder, and half n half regular oats with steel cut. I reserved a few oats to put on top which I did with a bit of water fingertip moistened bread then pressed oats on top.
The first time I used my stand mixer. Second was the thermomix. Milk n yeast 3 min 37 dgree spd 2 then add everything but the butter. Knead 5 min at 1.30 add butter and continue till done.
Then I cooked at 220c for 30min removed top then 10 more min till thermometer read 200F

Its a great recipe but i substituted the butter with cooking oil and it still came out perfect. Thanks for the tips guys..I'm now good at folding,.
