- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz. applesauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar (honey, I love the flavor of honey vinegar, but I do realize that it's not a common pantry item. If you don't have any, you could substitute apple cider vinegar.)
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups raisins (I used half golden raisins and half dark raisins)
- 2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. maple extract
- 6 Tbsp. water
