One place it says to use 1 cup butter and one cup shortening then in another place it says to use 1/2 cup of each. I first used the 1/2 cup of each. Then I went back a reread the recipe and thought I had read it incorrect the first time so I added more butter and shortening. They failed because the 1/2 cup was the correct amount.

it was yummy i used all brown sugar instead of granulated and they’re very good
