- 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc. I usually use a blend)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup soy milk (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1 cup kale leaves (hard stems removed)
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 2 packets sweetener (stevia, I love Truvia or Whole Earth sweetener)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt (plain)
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries (blueberries, or blackberries I like to use a blend of berries)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (organic, can also use regular milk or soy milk)
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1 cup kale (chopped into small pieces, I buy mine already chopped for convenience)
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 2 packets sweetener (stevia, can also use agave nectar or raw honey to taste)
- 4 ice cubes
