- 2 cups white flour (or 1 cup wheat + 1 cup white)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oatmeal (leftover, I have used up to 2 cups successfully by adding a little water to thin the batter.)
- 2 cups milk (I use 1 cup milk and 1 cup water)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

these were great! i added a little cinnamon as it’s a favorite for my wife.i used buttermilk for the half milk/ half water recommendation in the recipe. i used a full two cups of oatmeal- went all in by accident so i just went with it!

This is a great recipe... i ground my oats to flour... I did not add the oil or sugar to the pancakes but did cook them in bacon fat. They were fluffy and delicious!!

These are GREAT! All members of my family loved them- me, my husband and three kiddos! Minor changes: I used closer to 2 cups of oatmeal, &about 1.75 cups of milk.

yummy, it was so good the only alteration I made was 3/4 cup of milk instead of 1 cup.
