I tweaked this a tiny bit. I used Greek yoghurt and 2% milk. It was deliscious. One picky kid loved this so much. I will make it during weekday mornings, as requested by said picky eater.

Awesome. Fluff and wonderful. Use a flavored package to create flavored pancakes. I used lemon ricotta pancake flavored and kids loved them
