- 1 large egg (at room temperature)
- 1/3 cup honey (light colored )
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
- 4 tsp. canela
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. ground flax seeds (finely)
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened finely)
- 2 cups buttercream (vanilla, choice, I used the dairy-free recipe from Celebrations on page 160)
