Fantastic, I did substitute some oats for desiccated coconut but they still turned out well. Absolutely delicious recipe, thanks for sharing it.

This recipe is awesome!!! The cookies were delicious. After the 2nd time making them, I decided to add chocolate chips and they were AH-MAZING!!! They’re so simple to make and the light sprinkle of sea salt takes them to the next level.

Delicious and very easy to make. A little sea salt before baking was perfect. Next time will add finely chopped pecans. These are our favourite cookies!

I made these cookies and they are delicious! I followed the directions completely and they turned out crispy and buttery delicious. My one mistake was making the first batch with two tablespoons of batter which was way to much. The next time I tried spooning one tablespoon and it was perfect. Great recipe if you love crispy cookies.

They were amazing because they were really crunchy on the outside but gooey in the middle.

I am crazy about these. Crispy buttery, hard to eat just one. I have added chopped pecans and chopped raisins. They freeze well too...Of course I have not stored them long in the freezer as they speak to me every time I walk by the freezer..😳

Perfect oatmeal cookies! If you want them crispy, flatten the dough balls to 3/8” on the tray before baking. For a chewy cookie, leave them in a thicker disc shape. I added a teaspoon of cinnamon, and would probably add more next time.

This is a terrific recipe! Cookies have a great texture and buttery taste. I add about a cup of raisins at the very end which sends these cookies over the top!

My favorite oatmeal cookies ever. Crispy and chewy. Probably make these too often but I get a lot of requests for them.

I love these thin crispy cookies! You cannot just eat just one as I found out when I made them for a party. Now I have to make double batches.

This recipe was delicious! The second time I made them I added cinnamon and dried cherries. They were a treat both ways!
