    These were a fabulous hit. Based on the previous commenter I did reduce the oats a little hut not much. (Both the flour and oats measures in Yummly are wrong.) Most other oatmeal cookie recipes were about 1:1 flour to oats, so for a double recipe (3C flour) I used 4C oats instead of 5C. I am glad I made a double batch so they'll hold up for two nights of entertainment instead of one!
