- 1 1/2 cups milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond, but any kind will do nicely)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy—I used natural creamy)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 banana (medium, quartered and diced)

These turned out really well, but next time I will use 4-5 T honey, as the notes suggest. I actually used maple syrup because that's what I had on hand, but the notes are correct -- this is very lightly sweetened. Nice texture, perfect to grab for a breakfast on the go or late afternoon snack.

unbelievable good!!!!! I cant stop eating them and my family love them too.Just put almond butter instead a peanut butter and add it a 2tbsp of cacao with 1/2 cup of slivered almonds.Delicious!!!!
