Excellent i used butter instead of oil on this batch and they were moist and delicious.

These turned out great
I doubled this recipe so I could put some in the freezer
I used a combination of mashed banana and apple sauce, and whole wheat pastry flour
I used the zest of a lemon and added the juice to my Allmond milk (I didn't have any butter milk on hand)
I sprayed the paper liners with coconut oil to be sure they didn't stick
Will definitely be making these again
