The cookies were so-so; chewy when they first out of the oven, but hard thereafter. The flavor was alright.

Very good! A tad crumbly, but they don't need flour, which is pretty cool. Big hit in our family. 🤗 Going to make another batch with choco chips.

Very good flavor, but crumbly. I did bake them for 2 minutes longer than the recipe states.

I mistakingly used regular cooking oats so they did not spread.
Still....... Delicious 😋

I made a triple batch of these cookies to take to a party. Substituted white sugar for brown sugar. I added vegan choc chips to the first batch, coconut flakes to the second batch and left the third batch alone. I didn't mention they were vegan and everyone seemed to like them. I will definitely make these again..
