- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (stevia, or semi sweet chocolate chips)

Something magical happened when I used a pie plate rather than 8x8. The top formed a solid cookie layer right to edge in oven and puffed up into a beautiful chocolate filled oat cookie! Needed 4 more min in oven to get center crisp. I also used brown & white sugar as that is what I had on hand.
