    This recipe is awesome! I made a couple of modifications. I didn't have 2 ripe bananas, only 1/2 banana so I added a whole ripe organic pear and pureed both of them together. I used an extra TBSP of coconut oil, too. For the honey, I substituted agave syrup. It needed to cook a little longer than 35 minutes for me. The batter was fairly moist. Everyone at bible fellowship loved the recipe and wanted it! Thanks!
