- 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 Tbsp. oat flour (Buy it or simply grind oats in a coffee grinder, blender or food processor.)
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed (If you don’t buy the flax seed already ground, you can easily grind it yourself just like the oat flour above.)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. mashed banana (about 1 medium banana)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
