- 1/2 tsp. sea salt

- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. honey

Directions
- In a bowl, combine the lemon and lime juice, chilli jam, coriander, soy sauce and honey with a little salt and pepper. Coat the chicken and marinate for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile combine the flour, salt, water and olive oil in
- another bowl and mix until it come together. Turn out onto a floured bench and knead about 10 times until smooth.
