- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 medjool dates (packed cup, pitted,, 6 lrg)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup quinoa (puffed, or rice cereal)
- zest of orange
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut milk (So Delicious original)
- 2 Tbsp. agar (flakes or powder*)
- 1 cup brown sugar (organic)
- 1 cup cashews (soaked for 1 hr)
- 1 pkg. firm tofu (Organic regular-, leave at room temperature for 20 minutes)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. potato starch
- 1/2 Orange
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 cup organic pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
- pumpkin puree (fresh, will give you a more subtle pumpkin taste where as the canned will have a heightened pumpkin flavour)
