- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup nonfat powdered milk
- 3 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate (coarsely chopped)
- 2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning (plus more to serve)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 6 cups whole milk
- whipped cream

Directions
- Place sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk, chocolate, cornstarch, OLD BAY and vanilla in food processor. Process until well blended and finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat whole milk in large saucepan on medium heat until steaming, stirring occasionally. Stir in OLD BAY Hot Chocolate mixture with wire whisk until well blended. Bring to simmer; whisk 1 minute until slightly thickened. Serve immediately with whipped cream and a sprinkle of OLD BAY.
- Test Kitchen Tip: Want to make a single serving of OLD BAY Hot Chocolate? Heat just 1 cup of whole milk in a small saucepan. Whisk in 1/4 cup of the dry OLD BAY Hot Chocolate mix and prepare as directed. Store the remaining dry OLD BAY Hot Chocolate Mix in an airtight container until you’re ready to use it!
