- 1/4 cup Jif Whips Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 whole wheat oval flatbread sandwich wraps
- 1 Tbsp. Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 cups spring mix salad greens (firmly packed)
- 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup apple (sliced unpeeled red crisp, such as Gala or Fuji)
- 8 slices peppered bacon (warm cooked)

Directions
- SPREAD a thin layer of peanut butter over top surface of each sandwich wrap.
- WHISK oil, vinegar and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add salad mix and green onion; toss to coat. Divide evenly over peanut butter layer. Top with apple slices and cooked bacon.
