Description
Sweet and favorite apple custard with a crunchy nutty twist!
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- apple (cubes 1/2 cup)
- 1 Tbsp. custard powder
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup milk
- sponge cake (Vanilla, cubes, slices 2)
- 5 flaked almonds
- pistachio (flakes)
- vanilla (icecream 2 scoops)

Directions
- Combine the custard powder and 3 tbsp of sugar along with 1 tbsp of milk in a bowl and mix well to a smooth mixture.
- Boil the remaining milk, add the prepared custard mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes or till the mixture thickens, while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Keep aside.
- Add apple cubes and let it cool. Refrigerate to serve cold.
- For serving, pour the mixture in a bowl, sprinkle almonds and pistachio flakes, cake cubes and top with Vanilla ice cream!
