- 150 grams mixed nuts (I used walnuts, almonds and cashews)
- 180 grams roasted chestnuts (pack of)
- 1 large egg
- 80 grams feta cheese
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 slices white bread (turned into breadcrumbs in a food processor)
- 320 grams shortcrust pastry (roll of ready rolled, + more for any decorations or patching up)
- 4 Tbsp. milk
