Bit crumbly, but not excessive.. No mixed seeds, so added extra dried fruit. Delicious and filling.

So delicious. slices fell apart when cutting so presentation not great on plate. I cut it straight away but perhaps should have left cool for ten minutes. Will definitely make it again
