We added a bit more chili’s and it was phenomenal We used wild caught cod filets. The perfect thickness so as not to overcook. Flipping skills definitely a plus.

Tasted delicious although needed to use more oil than I would have preferred. I think I’ll try baking next time. Flavors were really good
