Amazing! This is a keeper! I can see how flexible this could be too so I will try other seeds and even greens like kale in the future. I added a 1/2 cup of ground up oats and it really helped with bulk and keeping the burger shape. I served these on a cabbage leaf and topped with dijon mustard, avocado, tomatoes, onions and sprouts for myself and I sautéed up onions and mushrooms for my husband and served on a cheese-bun.
