- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (lemon juice, or whey)
- 2 cups yellow squash (sliced and diced)
- 2 cups zucchini (sliced and diced)
- 2 cups diced yellow onion (finely)
- 2 cups diced tomatoes (roasted under your broiler until they begin to brown, or 1 can fire-roasted tomatoes)
- 2 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. turmeric (optional, I’ve been putting it in everything lately!)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 2 qt. bone broth (chicken)
