- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (omit for AIP)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper (omit for AIP)
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice (omit for AIP)
- 1/3 cup ghee (melted grass-fed, substitute coconut oil or lard for AIP)
