- 4 lb. broccoli (organic, either 4lb frozen bag or about 4 bunches broccoli coarsely chopped and including the stalks)
- 4 large carrots (coarsely chopped)
- 4 small onions (sliced)
- 7 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
