- 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cups noodles (uncooked elbow macaroni, prepared al dente, or your favorite noodle)
- 1 fresh lemon juice (big squeeze)
- 1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
- 2 cups button mushrooms (halved or quartered)
- 1 clove garlic (minded)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (or more if you like your casseroles cheesy!)
