- 4 sprigs fresh thyme (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 10.5 oz. beef consomme
- 6 cups mashed potatoes (I made mine with butter, milk, and salt)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
