- 3 lb. boneless chops (Smithfield All Natural, and/or Smithfield All Natural Boneless Loin Filet cut into 2 inch cubes)
- 1 packet soup mix (sinigang, found in Asian stores, Walmart or Walmart.com)
- 32 oz. chicken broth (or chicken stock)
- 32 oz. water
- spinach (1-2 bags or 4 if you are like my family and love it)
- 3 tomatoes (sliced )
- 1 onion (large, coarsely chopped)
- 1 pkg. radishes (Taro Root or Gabi is traditionally used instead of radishes.)
- 2 Tbsp. patis (fish sauce that can be found in the international foods aisle )
- 1 lemon
