- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt (plus 1/8 teaspoon)
- 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
- 3/4 cup canola oil
