Not bad, never had Nordstrom's soup so can't compare, didn't have enough tomatoes so did use some tomato purée to make up the difference. Used 1/2 cup half and half and the rest was evaporated milk. This makes 10 servings at about 213 calories for a cup. I will make again. I will make grilled cheese croutons, and also put some Gorgonzola on top for something different. Hubby not a big fan, but I love tomato soup.
