- 1/2 cup water
- 30 grams shrimps (baby, soaked in water)

- 2 Tbsp. beans (fermented soya, or taucheo)
- 400 grams egg noodles (yellow, blanched)
- 200 grams bean sprout (blanched)
- 6 boiled eggs (hard, cut into half)
- 1 piece firm bean curd (pan fried until slightly golden brown and cut into small pieces)
- 2 red chillies (cut into small pieces)
- 2 green chillies (cut into small pieces)
- 3 Tbsp. fried shallots (deep)
- 2 stalks Chinese celery (cut into small pieces)
- 2 stalks spring onion (cut into small pieces)
- 6 calamansi (or lime, cut into half)
